Position: Maintenance
About: The hotel is seeking a Maintenance Personnel to oversee the upkeep of the facility building and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, pool, grounds, and landscaping. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service during their stay and maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all areas of work. The position also includes responsibilities for safety, security, and compliance with OSHA, State, and Federal guidelines for health, fire, and chemical safety. Additionally, the Maintenance Personnel will be involved in preventive maintenance, inventory management, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and energy conservation efforts within the hotel premises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to handle maintenance tasks effectively; strong customer service skills; attention to detail; good communication and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of safety and security protocols; experience in facility maintenance preferred
