Position: Main Dining Room Waiter
About: The New York Athletic Club, a renowned private club established in 1868 and situated in Central Park South, Manhattan, is in search of full-time Man Dining Room Servers to deliver exceptional customer service in an upscale restaurant environment. Responsibilities include greeting and seating members and guests, providing menus, making recommendations, taking orders, serving food and drinks, resetting tables, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining station cleanliness, having extensive menu knowledge, and collaborating effectively with other staff members and management.
Requirements: Must work holidays and special events; Knowledge of the POS system; Minimum of 3-4 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment; Strong attention to detail; Strong work ethic; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures; Must be flexible in work schedule
