Position: Madhappy West Hollywood Pantry Part-Time Barista
About: Madhappy is a Los Angeles-based clothing brand with a food and beverage concept, Pantry by Madhappy, located in their West Hollywood Flagship location. The brand focuses on personal expression for mental well-being through apparel, events, and retail spaces reflecting their optimistic community. They support mental health awareness through The Madhappy Foundation and a print magazine, Local Optimist.
Requirements: 1+ years of coffee and/or coffee-related experience; Knowledge of coffee and experience in matcha preparation; Previous experience working in a small team environment; Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends, as needed; Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally, patiently, and effectively with customers and team members; Familiarity with the Madhappy brand and mission
