Position: Head Chef/Executive Kitchen Manager – Mad Room Hospitality
About: Mad Room Hospitality owns and manages several dining and drinking establishments across Greater Miami. The company is currently looking for a Head Chef/Executive Kitchen Manager who will oversee all of their back-of-house operations.
Requirements: At least three years of experience as a Head Chef or a Kitchen Manager; excellent communication and leadership skills; knowledge of optimized kitchen processes and the latest culinary trends; proficiency in computer programs like MS Office, restaurant management software and POS systems
