About: This job is for a Bartender position, responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards. The role involves processing transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system, maintaining a fully stocked bar, and handling cash variances.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 21; effective communication skills required; ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration; knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks; experience in cash handling; understanding of alcohol classes, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, soda, juice, and liquor guns.
