Requirements: Wa State Food Handler’s Card and MAST Certified Liquor License; Previous experience as a server in a fine dining establishment; Extensive knowledge of fine cuisine, wine, and spirits; Exceptional attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs; Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Professional appearance and demeanor; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
