Position: Lounge Server – On Call
About: The Palms is seeking a dedicated Lounge Server to provide exceptional drink service, beverage and bus assistance, and uphold high standards of guest service in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of wines, liquors, and beers, along with proficiency in dining protocols and etiquette, and a strong ability to deliver top-notch beverage service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age requirement of 21 years; at least 1 year of previous Food and Beverage experience, preferably in a fast-paced cocktail-serving environment within a hotel or gaming property; strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain composed in a high-pressure setting; basic math skills, cash-handling experience, and proficiency in bottle service; possess Alcohol Awareness Card, SNHD Food Handler Card, and Nevada Gaming Registration
