Position: Lounge On-Call
About: Alaska Airlines, an airline company, is seeking an On-Call Concierge to fulfill lounge Host and Concierge duties at Alaska Airlines lounges, providing a welcoming environment and assisting guests with travel arrangements. The role involves coordinating food and beverage stations, maintaining cleanliness, resolving guest inquiries, and serving drinks and meals.
Requirements: 1 year of experience in guest service or a related area; motivated to achieve excellent guest service; ability to project a professional image and be approachable with strong social skills; articulate and able to communicate effectively; able to multi-task under pressure and make quick, sound decisions; willingness to serve alcohol; ability to stand for long periods, bend, squat, stoop, reach, grasp, and lift up to 50 pounds; typing speed of at least 25 WPM; must obtain State Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Seller/Server Certification; ability to communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent; minimum age of 21; authorized to work in the U.S.
