Position: Lounge Manager (Azul)
About: The Bar and Lounge Manager coordinates and oversees beverage service activities in their designated area(s) to meet division standards.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; Three (3) years of experience in food and beverage management in a supervisory capacity for a high-volume beverage operation; Extensive cocktail program technical knowledge and current culinary trends; Knowledge of health and safety regulations; Excellent communication and customer service skills
