Position: Lounge Host, Miami Design District
About: Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Lounge Host to create exceptional client experiences by delivering outstanding hospitality service and upholding the Tiffany Cultural Values. The ideal candidate will coordinate client experiences, manage the bar/lounge inventory, and maintain a clean and organized hospitality environment while engaging clients with storytelling and industry knowledge at their Miami location.
Requirements: Industry experience: At least two years of experience as a bartender, waiter, or similar role in the hospitality industry; Previous experience in luxury retail or service industry is a plus. Technical skills & abilities: Excellent computer skills and additional language skills are a plus. Personal skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, commitment to highest client service standards, flexibility to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented, experience in luxury hospitality industries, ability to work with VIP clients, strong organizational and time management skills, sense of urgency, authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based, ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion, excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred: Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management.
