Position: Lounge Host ess – Spruzzo
About: Concord Hospitality is looking to hire a Lounge Hostess to join their team. As a Lounge Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests promptly, managing the flow of the room, taking reservations and special requests, handling phone calls, taking to-go orders, assisting in table setting, and maintaining the dining room during peak hours.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and ability to multitask
