Position: Lounge Host – Day of Show

This position is for a Lounge Host responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the Friends Lounge during events and performances.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Hospitality or food & beverage certifications are a plus. Knowledge of food and beverage service, ability to work non-traditional hours, professionalism, attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to high service standards. Experience in concession and food service preferred; Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, especially in a VIP environment. Product budget management and knowledge of performing arts are desirable. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, endure various physical demands, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
