Position: LOUNGE FLOOR RUNNER
About: Montana’s Best Casinos is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lounge Floor Runner to join our team. We aim to create a comfortable and fun environment for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and attending to all their needs proactively. Our focus is on personalized service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors at the casino.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service, cash handling, and bar operations preferred; ability to operate a cash register and handle large amounts of cash; strong communication and interpersonal skills; familiarity with bar inventory management and drink preparation; knowledge of safety procedures and ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly; attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
