Position: Lounge Bartender
About: A bar establishment in search of a diligent and customer-oriented Barback/Bartender who can contribute to maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning bar atmosphere. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bar set-up, greeting customers, taking drink orders, ensuring compliance with alcohol serving regulations, handling payments, and securing the bar area and equipment daily. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a lively bar environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or hospitality setting preferred; strong knowledge of bar operations, including stocking, mixing drinks, and cash handling; familiarity with alcohol serving laws and regulations; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; attentive to detail and capable of following procedures accurately
