Position: Lounge Bartender
About: The Lounge Bartender position at Crestline Hotels & Resorts involves taking orders, preparing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals to guests courteously and efficiently, while maintaining stock, supplies, and the cleanliness of the outlet and equipment. The role requires maintaining knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, and state liquor regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and provide exceptional customer service in a leisure-driven hotel setting.
Requirements: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) or work equivalent; minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages; 1-year experience as a Server or Barback preferred but not required; good understanding of the English language; knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards; certifications in liquor, wine, food service, alcohol awareness program, and CPR; ability to use property management systems/computers/point of sale systems; previous guest/customer relations training; outgoing personality with the ability to engage in conversations with guests and knowledgeable about the surrounding area
