Position: Lounge Bartender
About: The Lounge Bartender at Crestline Hotels & Resorts operates a F&B establishment within a leisure-driven hotel. The role involves taking orders, preparing, and serving beverages and light meals to guests, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels, and engaging in customer interactions. We are looking for a social and knowledgeable individual who can create a positive guest experience and contribute to the dynamic environment of the hotel.
Requirements: High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED); minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcohol; 1-year experience as a Server or Barback preferred; good understanding of the English language; knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service standards; certification in liquor, wine, and food service training; certification in alcohol awareness and CPR; ability to use property management and point of sales systems; previous guest relations training
