Position: Lounge Barback- The Ben Hotel
About: We are hiring Lounge Bar Back at our hotel bar and lounge outlets in Concord. The role involves providing excellent customer service, working alongside talented bartenders, and ensuring a welcoming guest experience. Applicants should be proactive, responsive, and caring, with prior experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment preferred. Working at least 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a high-volume food & beverage establishment; ability to stand for 8-10 hours; willingness to work at least 3 days per week, weekends, and holidays
