Position: Lot attendant/Porter
About: The Lot Porter assists both the Sales and Service Departments in maintaining the new and used car lots, and in transporting vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control.
Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent; Driver’s License; Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information; Professional personal appearance; Excellent communication skills; Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards; Physical ability to move throughout the company facility, spend time outdoors and indoors, sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, squat, lift over 50 lbs, reach and lift overhead, climb stairs, perform repetitive hand/finger movements, grasp/grab with hands, push and pull; Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Review and analyze actions periodically to improve time management; Stay updated on industry terminology and technological changes; Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations; Follow lawful directions; Uphold confidentiality policies and agreements; Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Interact well with others and maintain a positive attitude;
