Position: Loss Control Consultant
About: As an independent contractor, the company is looking for individuals to join their team for inspections focusing on property and general liability coverage for commercial risks such as retail and convenience stores, offices, churches, schools, restaurants, and apartment/condo complexes. Consultants are expected to provide clear and concise reports summarizing current conditions and visible hazards associated with potential risks.
Requirements: Knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6) and general liability; ability to cover a 60-mile radius for inspections; criminal and motor vehicle record check required
