Position: Longmont Farmers Market Manager
About: Boulder County Farmers Markets is a non-profit organization that operates seasonal farmers markets and a year-round online market with the goal of connecting local farmers, producers, and eaters. The organization is passionate about strengthening the food system and supporting, promoting, and expanding local agriculture.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Event management or hospitality experience including communication, logistics & onsite operations; Preferred experience in food, agriculture, and/or restaurant sector; Excellent communication, customer service & conflict resolution skills; Passion for mission and local food systems work; Experience leading diverse teams and stakeholders; Energetic, resourceful, and collaborative leader; Detail-oriented with high spatial awareness; Thoughtful problem solver; Ability to count money and do basic math in a busy environment
