About: LongHorn Steakhouse is a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment dedicated to delivering Genuine Western Hospitality to guests. The role involves leading the day-to-day operations of assigned departments, meeting or exceeding guest expectations, ordering, scheduling, and training team members, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards for guest safety.
