Position: Logistics Manager
About: This pivotal role involves overseeing a dedicated team of three dispatchers to ensure exceptional customer service in alignment with the company’s service vision. The Dispatch Manager will optimize the daily scheduling and efficient use of delivery labor and equipment, coordinating the dispatch of over 50 Ready Mix trucks each day.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of managerial experience within a dispatch or operational role; 3-5 years of experience in fleet dispatching; Proven experience in customer service and interaction; Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Hours of Service regulations
