Position: LOGISTICS/MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
About: Responsible for maintaining buildings, equipment, and grounds to company standards in order to control operating costs. Also responsible for training mechanics and other maintenance personnel while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Requirements: 2+ years experience working in a facility maintenance department; 5+ years maintenance experience; 2+ years of leadership experience; Introductory skill set of maintenance (Level 4); Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to report and recommend solutions to challenges; Highly motivated and capable of addressing issues with a strong sense of urgency.
