Position: Logistics/Customs Coordinator
About: Logistics/Customs Coordinator position in the Operations/Customs department reporting to the Logistics Supervisor at a company providing inside sales and logistic support service to client accounts, assisting in customs needs for shipments across the US/CAD border, acting as a liaison between clients and operations team, covering loads and dispatching drivers, and supporting customs specialist with Canadian shipments.
Requirements: Four year college degree or equivalent industry experience; ability to identify and solve potential issues, strong communication skills, ability to think on feet, patience, can-do attitude, proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word, strong data entry and proofing skills, team player, long-term career oriented, willingness to work weekends; knowledge of the transportation industry or logistics, customs knowledge a plus
