Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent customer service skills; analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, organized, self-driven, and a creative thinker; strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; availability for on-call rotation including after hours, weekends, and holidays
