Water Lantern Festival is a community-focused event that brings people together to celebrate creativity, connection, and hope through the beauty of lantern-lit waters. We are seeking dedicated Local Event Staff to join our core team and ensure our events run smoothly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; must be 18 years or older; prior experience in event support, customer service, or team coordination preferred but not required; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure; basic problem-solving and organizational abilities; complete availability on event weekends; ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions; enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset
