As a Lobby Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and security of the hotel lobby and public areas, contributing to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include arranging furniture and decor in the lobby and public areas, greeting guests, assisting with luggage handling, providing directions and information about hotel amenities and services, and monitoring for suspicious activities or safety hazards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; detail-oriented and diligent individuals preferred; experience in hotel cleaning services a plus; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle guest inquiries and assist with luggage handling
