Position: Lobby Experience Host ($20.00/hour)
About: The Lobby Experience Host position is available at the KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona, a newly built state-of-the-art facility boasting 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 sq/ft of multi-purpose meeting space, and 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500-seat three meal venue with diverse culinary experiences.
Requirements: Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting is preferred; refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners; ability to adapt to various situations and display empathy in all interactions with colleagues and participants; energetic with a passion for connecting with others to deliver unparalleled service; valid state-issued driver’s license and willingness to undergo a background check including the Motor Vehicle Report
