About: Join the elite hospitality professionals at the state-of-the-art KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona, offering 800 single king bed sleeping rooms and over 100,000 sq/ft of meeting space. The facility features 4 unique food and beverage venues, including a 500+ seat three meal venue with 8 diverse culinary experiences. As a Lobby Experience Host, you will provide a genuine welcome experience to participants, check them into their rooms, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless guestroom experience. Additionally, you will manage luggage delivery and aim to create an unforgettable stay for all participants.
Requirements: Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience preferred; refined oral and written communication skills; ability to adapt to various situations and display empathy; energetic with a passion for delivering unparalleled service; valid Driver’s License
