About: Garden Center in Des Plaines seeking a dedicated member to join the Garden Center Operations Team and provide exceptional service to customers by loading purchased materials into their vehicles and ensuring a positive farewell experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; superb customer service skills; willingness to learn inventory and procedures; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively; strong problem-solving skills; physical ability to perform heavy-duty work and various physical tasks; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus; prior customer service experience preferred, especially in the Horticulture Industry
Benefits: flexible working hours (20-35 hours per week), weekend availability required
