Requirements: Passionate and motivated; Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit; Resourceful, innovative, forward-thinking and committed; Strong verbal/written communication, phone etiquette, computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Photoshop or similar programs; Music industry or talent agency experience highly preferred; Ability to engage positively with co-workers, executives, and high-level industry professionals; Ability to multitask daily, be organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and handle last-minute projects to meet deadlines; Proficient typing skills required (ability to type 60 wpm)
