Position: LMS eLearning Consultant – Full Time
About: LMS eLearning Consultant role at Erlanger Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, or a related field required; 3 years of experience in LMS administration, eLearning development, instructional design, or a related field required; Experience supporting enterprise LMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades required; Experience with Learning Analytics tools and data analysis preferred; Experience consulting with cross-functional teams to implement scalable eLearning strategies preferred; Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government, etc.) where compliance training is critical preferred; Strong knowledge of LMS Configuration and Troubleshooting; Proficiency with eLearning Authoring Tools; Experience with Data Analysis Tools and Reporting; Project Management skills; Strong Knowledge of eLearning Standards
