Position: Live-out Head Housekeeper M/F
About: Client seeks a Head Housekeeper (M/F) responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, laundry, wardrobe, and organization of a private residence. The role includes ‘hands-on’ and overseeing household staff, managing cleaning schedules, maintaining household inventory, and ensuring the overall comfort and satisfaction of the family members. Flexibility is a must with site locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive experience in housekeeping within a private household or luxury hospitality environment; strong leadership and team management skills; exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities; discretion and the ability to always maintain confidentiality; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively; experienced enough to train other staff; driver’s license is a must; proficiency in using household management systems or software is a plus
