About: TACO NACO KC is a local minority-owned Mexican market and taqueria in downtown Overland Park, Kansas and Westport in Kansas City, Missouri. We offer a chef’s modern Mexican flair to street tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and margaritas. Our goals focus on excellent customer service, quality ingredients, sustainable practices, and giving back to our communities.
Requirements: Ability to understand and follow direction from others; ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures; ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment; skill and coordination with kitchen utensils and equipment; ability to listen, understand, and respond to employees’ requests in a loud environment; reliable transportation; comfortable working on your feet for full shift; reliable and hardworking; bilingual English and Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
