Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a full-service, high-volume, fast-paced kitchen or food service environment a plus; excellent knife skills and proficiency in all aspects of cooking; demonstrated experience with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; experience on multiple kitchen stations; working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards; ability to take direction and follow recipes accurately; strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; effective communication and interpersonal skills; flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; passion for success and a customer-focused approach
