Requirements: 2 years of experience as a line cook in a contemporary, chef-driven, full-service restaurant; commitment to creating memorable guest experiences; ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards and dish execution; basic knife skills; detail-oriented and calm under pressure; adherence to recipes, portion specs, and timing expectations; flexible schedule and open availability
