Position: Line Cooks
About: BRG Line Cook prepares and produces menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner, maintains required stock levels in the restaurant, and follows kitchen maintenance and sanitation programs. The role involves operating kitchen equipment safely, having proficient knife skills, and executing different cooking techniques.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferred; ServSafe Training preferred; basic math and computer/tablet skills required; ability to work in a team environment and stay professional in stressful situations; availability to work varied hours including weekends, days, nights, and holidays; exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods; manual dexterity and knowledge of customer service principles; integrity, honesty, and positive attitude required; compliance with company policies.
