Requirements: Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity. Required skills: Customer-Service: Line cooks might have to interact with customers; Attention to Detail: Line Cooks must keep their eyes on food standards, safety, etc.; Speaking Skills: Line Cooks need to accurately and easily communicate standards and cooking methods to co-workers and speak with customers clearly; Stamina: Line Cooks can expect long days around hot cooking elements, much of it on their feet.
