About: Kingfish Kitchen & Cocktails, a popular restaurant and cocktail bar in the French Quarter that pays homage to the Huey P. Long era, is seeking experienced Line Cooks to join their team. The Kingfish menu reflects new Louisiana cuisine with a blend of traditional New Orleans flavors and a modern twist, aiming to deliver exceptional service in the French Quarter.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Line Cook; proficiency in preparing and cooking various dishes; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
