Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; ability to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently; compliance with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules; maintaining a clean and sanitary work area; clear communication skills with managers and team members; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods of time
