Position: Line Cook – Village Pub
About: This position is for a Line Cook at a restaurant. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food following recipes and menu items created by the Kitchen Manager, ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen. The role involves assisting with stocking kitchen stations, preparing various dishes, working with servers to fulfill guest orders, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Cross-functional training in Prep Cooking may be required based on business needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; basic knife skills; Nevada Health Card; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices; effective communication and teamwork skills; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
