Position: Line Cook – Trainwreck
About: Altitude Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and executing recipes in accordance with the restaurant’s vision, ensuring excellent customer service and guest experience. Collaborating with the culinary staff is essential for this role, as well as maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays; strong understanding of cooking methods and safe food handling practices; SERV-SAFE certification; excellent customer service skills; ability to work in a team environment; high school diploma or equivalent
