Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume banquet or event setting; knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment; ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented setting; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; food handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one
