Position: Line Cook – Steak House (Full-Time)
About: An upscale dining establishment, MCR at Muckleshoot Casino Resort, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join their team. The restaurant values exceptional guest service and professionalism, offering a dynamic environment for culinary professionals to thrive and showcase their talents.
Requirements: Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license; Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations; Previous experience Line Cook experience in a fine dining setting preferred; Two (2) year certificates from an accredited culinary program or a minimum of 2 (Two) years’ experience in an upscale dining kitchen required; Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handler permit
