Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary experience required; flexibility to work long hours at times; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; standing for the entire shift; withstand temperature variations; thorough knowledge of menus and cooking techniques including charbroiling, poaching, deep-frying, sautéing, braising, roasting, and par-cooking; proficiency in using herbs and spices
