About: The Preserve at Oak Meadows is hiring Line Cooks and Prep Cooks for the Greenway Tap restaurant, located in their new 18,000-square-foot clubhouse. Enjoy stunning views of the golf preserve and a spacious patio while working in an award-winning culinary environment.
Requirements: 18 years of age or older at time of hire; 6 months of experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred; Must have and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification or obtain upon hire (training provided); Must have and maintain Illinois Food Handler Training and Certification or obtain within 30 days of hire; Knowledge of restaurant sanitation standards and food safety procedures; Familiarity with kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, and broilers; Basic knife skills
