Position: Line Cook – Ruscello – Ala Moana
About: Nordstrom, a renowned retail company known for its high-end fashion and exceptional customer service, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Nordstrom, you will be responsible for preparing food items consistently and adhering to all recipe standards. You will also maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines, while completing various kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup, and breakdown.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook, grill cook, or prep cook preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
