Position: Line Cook – Restaurant
About: Live Nation Clubs & Theaters, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, is seeking a Line Cook for the iconic House of Blues venue located on the Las Vegas Strip inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This venue features a full-service restaurant, music hall, and nightclub, providing unparalleled views of the strip.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of high volume kitchen operations; ability to follow standardized recipes and plate presentation; attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced, loud, and sometimes stressful environment; prolonged standing and working on feet required; ability to lift and move up to 150 lbs
