Position: LINE COOK PT TIME
About: Carolina Country Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join their culinary team. The club aims to create exceptional dining experiences for members and guests while upholding their Mission Statement and Absolutes through excellence and gracious hospitality.
Requirements: Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills; understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; previous prep or line cook experience; ability to take direction; problem-solving abilities; commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge; ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch 8 hours or more per day; capability of working in high-temperature environments and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds; sufficient manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; team player with sound mental and physical health
