Position: Line Cook/Prep Cook
About: Urban Egg, a locally owned and operated restaurant under Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group, has been serving fresh flavors and local favorites since 2002. They are currently seeking bright and talented individuals to join their team and offer opportunities for growth within the company.
Requirements: Minimum of (1) year kitchen experience for Prep Cooks; minimum of (2) years kitchen experience for Line Cooks; ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment; ability to understand and follow directions; ability to read recipes and replicate food production procedures.
